Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase before dispatch. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been sent.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship to addresses within New Zealand only.

South Island	Rural Delivery	5–8 business days	$19.00

Please select the shipping option that matches your delivery address. If you're unsure whether your address is classified as rural, please get in touch with us before checking out and we can confirm this for you.

Delivery times above are estimates provided by our courier partners and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Delivery targets are not guaranteed and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, weather, or courier delays.

Rural Deliveries

Rural addresses may experience longer delivery times and, in some cases, signature confirmation may not be available on delivery. If you select Standard shipping but your address is later identified as rural, we may follow up with you regarding the shipping cost difference before dispatching your order.

Areas We Don't Currently Ship To

We're currently unable to ship to the Chatham Islands or international addresses. If this changes, this policy will be updated.

Tracking

Every order is sent with tracking. Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, or has arrived damaged, please contact us at ella@handlethat.co.nz with your order number so we can look into it with our courier.
